Blossoming of the vines

Acacia and elder bloom beautiful. 3 to 4 weeks after them, the vines start blossoming. We can't wait for the sweet, flowery fragrance!

Therefore we expect the blossoming in mid-end of June, like in 2021.

But why is that so important?
We are able to estimate the approximate start of the harvest. The days during blossoming are very important and senstive regarding diseases.
