To the press house!
We started with our lightest wines, Grüner Veltliner Fliegengewicht and Roter Veltliner Symphoniker. This allows us to ensure freshness and lightness for the coming vintage.
We have to keep an eye on this year's ripeness. Not because it's too evolved but because there are relatively wide differences even from vine to vine, also the crop. The summer was dry and the juice concentrated in the grapes. At the beginning of September, a beautiful rain of 30 mm fell. Not every soil, every variety, or even every vine handles this the same way.
However - we're doing our best for a great vintage 2025! 💛
